• 2010. The report “Effect of the photoexcitation level on the kinetics of the exciton  luminescence of GaAs/AlGaAs shallow quantum well structures” at the XII all-Russian youth conference on physics of semiconductors and nanostructures awarded a diploma and a prize named after E. F. Gross as the best report on optics of solids.
• 2012. The cycle of papers “Dynamics of nonequilibrium charge carriers in GaAs/AlGaAs shallow quantum well nanostructures” in the LPI contest of youth scientific papers awarded the prize named after S. I. Vavilov.
• 2015. The report “Heating by exciton and biexciton recombination in GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells” awarded diploma and prize for the best paper presented by young scientists at XII Russian conference on semiconductor physics.
